The Apex Grassmarket in Edinburgh was very nice with friendly helpful staff…we enjoyed the sauna. The Manor House in Oban was very relaxing…the staff was super. The Marmalade in Portree was probably the least favorite. The Culloden House was a memorable experience. The Norton House had a great gym and sauna….
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?

What did you love?
We picked up rental car at Enterprise in Edinburgh…a smaller Mazda CX5 was very nice. Driving on the narrow country roads was a little scary
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
The walking tour and the food tour in Edinburgh were great adventures each day. Probably the most enjoyable day was the ferry to Mull and Lunga climbing up the cliffs to spend time with the adorable Puffins! Another highlight was finding the Highland cows near Inverness…amazing
What was your favorite part of the trip?
As mentioned the Puffins adventure was a highlight. After sightseeing it was relaxing to got back to the hotel and enjoy a glass of wine each day! Our stop at St Andrews Links was memorable day…learning about the history of golf

No need to improve anything…Ann has done an amazing job with our trip to Scotland this year and previous trips to Iceland and Ireland!
