The Massachusetts State Police group, led by Michael ‘Okie’ O’Connor, are making a welcome return to Ireland for St. Patrick’s Day 2026.
This year, the group will begin their journey in Dublin, spending two nights exploring the city’s historic landmarks and vibrant culture. From there, travel to the charming coastal village of Dingle for St. Patrick’s Day, enjoying the lively celebrations and stunning landscapes on offer. Finally, continue the journey to Galway, with time to explore the city’s shopping scene and surrounding natural wonders, including the famous Cliffs of Moher. This trip promises to be another unforgettable journey through Ireland!

Head to Boston Logan Airport for your overnight flight to Dublin, where the journey begins.

Arrive at Dublin Airport this morning, where your drivers will be waiting to greet you. Start the day with breakfast at Garda Headquarters before heading into the city. Your first two nights will be at the Camden Court Hotel, a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Dublin. The entire group will embark on a panoramic bus tour of Dublin, taking in key landmarks, including a stop at the EPIC Museum.

Today brings a deep dive into Dublin’s history as the group splits for the morning. Tour Kilmainham Gaol, walking through its somber halls and hearing stories of Ireland’s past.
The group will next head to Jameson Distillery for a tour and tasting experience, where you’ll learn about the rich history of Ireland’s famous whiskey and enjoy a sampling of its finest offerings.
The rest of the day is free to explore Dublin.

Leave Dublin and make your way towards Dingle. Along the way, stop in Bunratty to stretch your legs and enjoy lunch. Afterward, continue your journey to Dingle where you will check in to the Dingle Skellig Hotel. Take the evening to relax, unwind, and soak in the atmosphere of this picturesque town, preparing for a memorable St. Patrick’s Day celebration tomorrow.

After breakfast, set out to visit one of Ireland’s most breathtaking natural landmarks – the Cliffs of Moher. Standing over 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean, these dramatic cliffs offer sweeping views that stretch for miles along the rugged coastline.
After time to walk the cliff paths and enjoy the fresh sea air, continue to Gus O’Connor’s Pub in Doolin. Settle in for a great meal in this beloved spot, known for its cozy atmosphere and classic Irish fare, before returning to your hotel for the night.

After one final breakfast, head to the airport to begin your journey home, bidding farewell to Ireland and the memories made along the way.

The tour package includes round-trip airfare, arriving into Dublin Airport and departing from Shannon Airport. A baggage allowance of one 10kg (22lb) carry-on and one 23kg (50lb) checked bag per person is also included.
