Great. Stayed in Camden Court Dublin first night..beautiful and walkable. Park House in Galway..perfect location and lovely room and staff. Rest B&Bs our favorite was Dingle Heights for 3 nights, Kiera and Tom were fantastic and gave directions, recommendations and were just a delight!!
Did everything go smoothly with your transportation?
Yes. Loved absolutely everything! Connecting with some locals who were able to help me find my grandfathers home was just AMAZING. I drove over 950 Kilometers and it was fantastic. Getting a bit lost of the beaten track and coming upon an amazing view!! The people were kind and helpful.I’m already thinking of our next trip.
What tours, attractions, or activities did you particularly enjoy?
The museum/exhibition on The Blasket Islands was heart wrenching and we learned so much, when you step outside the exhibit and walk out back the view is one of the best we saw. The rest of Slea Head was also stunning. Cliffs of Mohr, Ring of Kerry etc. Getting a bit lost of the beaten track and coming upon an amazing view!! The pubs and trad music, the food I’m already thinking of our next trip.
What was your favorite part of the trip?
That’s like asking who your favorite child is…certainly meeting some great gents at a pub in Ballymacoda who were able to connect me with my grandfathers birth place.
Would you travel with us again?
Yes. I lived in Roslindale for 10 years and always saw and knew about Crystal Travel. I was planning the trip on my own but became overwhelmed..I was over in West Roxbury and looked over and there it was. I parked and walked in and Ann was sitting at her desk..I actually think it was St. Patrick’s day haha! I had my map and knew most of where I wanted to go and Ann just took over – it was all I could have asked for. Just want to say thank you to Crystal and Ann..Slainte
